Thyne is a race-day companion app that allows users to discover endurance events, view race results and leaderboards, claim athlete profiles, follow friends, and access live event tracking.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.
• You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Claim an athlete profile that is not yours.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
• Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content in comments or social features.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Thyne and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Race Data and Results

• Race results displayed in the Service are sourced from publicly available event data.
• We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any race data.
• If you believe any data is incorrect, contact us to request a correction.

7. Identity Verification

To claim an athlete profile, you may be required to verify your identity through our third-party provider (Stripe Identity). By submitting to verification, you consent to the processing of your identity documents as described in our Privacy Policy and Stripe's privacy policy.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription, processed through the Apple App Store.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal are governed by the app store's terms.
• Refund requests should be directed to the app store.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
